Varka Senn
Commoner
Varka Senn
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
A half-orc whose movements balance the coiled readiness of a worker used to heavy labor and the careful gestures of someone who has practiced fine handiwork. Her left forearm is wrapped in faded leather lacing threaded with tiny glass beads assembled from broken merchant flasks. When she walks she favors the toes of one foot slightly inward, a habit from a childhood injury. Her smile is quick but often pulled tight as if fitted by memory. Contradictory to her rough hands are faint callouses on the pads of her fingers polished smooth from threading thin copper wire; it is unexpected to see such delicate evidence on so large a pair of hands.
“Speaks plainly with clipped merchant cadence, uses short proverbs about weight, measure, and exchange.”

Scattered faded teeth of iron filings set in the left wristband
Small burn scar curling like a map across her right shoulder
Slight underbite and a single top canine that protrudes faintly
Voice
“Low and steady with a rasp when she laughs; softens when coaxed into telling stories”

Patchwork linen tunic dyed in indigo and patched with scrap leather along the hem. A faded merchant's sash with stitched pockets loops over her shoulder. Small strips of blue cloth tied to the sash mark favors owed to three different acquaintances.
