Shrimply Pibbles
Sea Warden (Fighter 3 / Sorcerer 2 - Stormtouched)
Shrimply Pibbles
Species
Triton (brine-shrimp phenotype)
Appearance
Shrimply Pibbles looks like someone mixed a courtly triton with a childhood aquarium trinket: a translucent, segmented carapace with faint pearlescent flecks, long, fanlike antennae that quiver when he thinks, and a crown grown from braided kelp and polished scallop shells. His torso is humanoid but narrow and slightly arched like a curled shrimp; his limbs finish in webbed fingers tipped with tiny, precise claws. When he moves his body ripples in small, jerky waves — quick staccato motions punctuated by graceful slow turns of the head. Unexpectedly, he often wears a narrow monocle of blown glass over one eye (a human affectation), which magnifies a single pupil and gives him a scholarly, almost comically pompous look.
“Flourished, nautical metaphors abound; tends to punctuate sentences with small, wet chuckles. Uses formal courtly pronouns with strangers, softer, intimate diminutives with trusted subjects.”
