Prexijandilin Jaryax
Bard (College of Glamour)
Prexijandilin Jaryax
Species
Red Dragonborn
Appearance
Prexijandilin moves like a stage curtain ringing with flame: measured, theatrical, and always timed to draw the eye. His scales are burnished crimson that catch lamplight into coppery sparks; near his jawline the scales are finer, almost smooth like glazed pottery. He wears a half-mask of mirrored brass that flips up when he smiles and down when he wants the room to hush. He carries four instruments slung across his back — a short lute, a battered horn, a set of leather-wrapped bagpipes, and a didgeridoo carved with tiny runes. When he walks he favors a slight bow in the shoulders as if preparing a flourish; yet his tail is restless, flicking once like a conductor's baton at unexpected moments. Contradiction: his movements are lavish and attention-seeking, but his left hand often fingers a small, plain iron coin he keeps in his palm — an anchor of humility invisible to most.
“Fluent Common and Draconic; speaks with a theatrical lilt, often addressing crowds with a cadence that rises and falls like a song; uses vivid metaphors and rhetorical questions; polite with nobles but quick to weave subtle compliments..”

Distinguishing Features
Half-mask of mirrored brass that flips up on a hinge
Ransom-stamped iron coin always palmed in private
Tiny rune-carved didgeridoo strapped across his back
Scars forming a faint spiral along his left wrist (partially hidden by scales)
Voice
“Warm baritone with excellent projection and a musical cadence; laughs with a short, controlled exhalation; voice softens intentionally when he wishes to draw listeners in.”
Clothing
Tailored doublet dyed in deep claret with embroidered sunbursts, a reversible cloak (plush velvet on one side, plain wool on the other), knee-high boots with hidden pockets, and several theatrical scarves he can throw as props. Always one small brass mirror sewn inside the lining of his cloak.
Body Language
Chest lifted, shoulders angled slightly forward as if addressing an unseen audience; gestures are wide and deliberate, palms often outward; when uncomfortable he smooths the lining of his cloak where the mirror is sewn.
