His face is pale with a jagged silver scar that runs from temple to jawline like a lightning strike; the scar has a faint, warm glow when he calls upon his oath. He walks with a measured, almost drumlike cadence that betrays military training. An unexpected element: when alone he tenderly polishes a small, cracked porcelain teacup he keeps in his breastplate, a remnant of a life before the Doomguard.
