Hacalo
Commoner
Hacalo
Species
Lizardfolk
Appearance
Hacalo is remarkably short and rotund for a lizardfolk, possessing a girth that stretches his fine garments to their limits. His scales are a dull, mossy green, often glistening with a constant, uncharacteristic sheen of sweat that he mops away with a square of lavender-scented silk. Unlike the lean, predatory movement of his kin, Hacalo waddles with a calculated purpose, his golden rings clicking against one another as he gestures. He carries an aura of intense, cloying cinnamon that follows him like a cloud, a sharp contrast to the cold, reptilian stillness of his yellow eyes which never stop darting from person to purse.
“Hacalo speaks with a heavy sibilance, drawing out his 's' sounds. He uses flowery merchant metaphors but occasionally lapses into cold, literal descriptions of biology and value.”
