Ghrae-vel Thornmantle
Druid (Circle of Shepherd)
Ghrae-vel Thornmantle
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Ghrae-vel moves like a rooted tree learning to walk: measured, deliberate, and occasionally startling in how she shifts her weight to face a new speaker. Her face keeps the broad jaw and slight tusk of her orcish heritage, but softened by laugh lines and a practiced calm. Her hands are scarred with small ritual cuts and sap-staining that never seem to fully wash out. She favors layered moss-green robes stitched with leather strips and the occasional metal coin used as a talisman. Around her shoulders she wears a half-cloak of tanned wolf pelt, its fur trimmed with sprigs of dried lavender and tiny iron bells that chime only when she storms. Unexpectedly, she carries a delicate silver hairpin set with a single blue opal—an heirloom kept precisely tucked behind her ear in contrast to her weathered, practical garments.
“Soft, deliberate cadence; uses proverbs and nature metaphors; sometimes slips into short, clipped orcish phrases when angry..”
