Gyrun Thornhal
Barbarian
Gyrun Thornhal
Species
Human
Appearance
A hulking man who moves with odd lightness. His skin is mottled with pale scars that look like old rope burns, and a wide crescent-shaped scar runs from the left temple down to his jaw. He shaves his head but leaves a narrow strip of coarse black hair braided into a single tail that he twists when thinking. He favors a sleeveless leather jerkin patched with fur and a rusted iron gorget hung loose around his neck. His right forearm is wrapped in faded red cloth with names stitched into it in rough white thread. Unexpectedly tidy nails and a faint, careful braid of bright blue ribbon threaded through the hair at the nape of his neck give him an uneasy, deliberate elegance.
“Hoarse and low with sudden bursts of barked laughter; uses short words, often finishes others' sentences when impatient.”
