Xarthax stands just under 7 feet tall and has a slim, lithe build that suggests agility over brute strength. His scales are a brilliant, polished dark crimson that gleams like dark garnets in the sun, contrasting sharply with his sweeping, thick ridges that resemble a crown of red and obsidian bone. Wide umber eyes are set deep within a thorny, angular skull, giving him a perpetually watchful and slightly predatory expression. Despite his menacing draconic features, he possesses a surprising grace, moving with a fluid, almost rhythmic gait that makes his heavy robes whisper against the floor. His long tail transitions from the vibrant dark crimson of his body to a near-matte black at the very tip, often twitching with a mind of its own.
