Purnie Pippinstep
Rogue (Thief)
Purnie Pippinstep
Species
Lightfoot Halfling
Appearance
Purnie is a stout, radiant halfling who smells perpetually of cedarwood shavings and dried chamomile. Her face is a map of laughter lines, yet her eyes move with the sharp, predatory speed of a hawk. She moves with a silent, rhythmic bounce that suggests she is always suppressed-dancing. Her left hand is missing its pinky finger, replaced by an intricate, clicking clockwork digit made of brass and silver. When she is deep in thought, she idly polishes this prosthetic with her apron. She leaves the impression of a cozy grandmother who might accidentally see everything you have hidden in your pockets.
“Rapid-fire and melodic, peppered with metaphors involving weaving, knots, and mountain paths. She calls everyone 'dearie' or 'strider' regardless of their social standing.”
