Short, barrel-chested dwarf with a braided steel-gray beard threaded with thin copper rings. His face is a topography of old scars, the most prominent a crescent nick across his left cheek that looks almost like a smile cut into stone. His left forearm bears faint burn marks arranged like a smith's mark. He moves with compact, deliberate steps and surprising economy of motion. When he fights he plants like an anvil, unhurried and inexorable. Unexpectedly, he wears a bright green silk handkerchief tucked under his armor at the throat, which flutters in a breeze and seems incongruous against his otherwise pragmatic appearance.
