Kaelen Thorne
Druid (Circle of Spores)
Kaelen Thorne
Species
Firbolg
Appearance
Kaelen is a towering, slightly stooped figure with skin the color of damp river clay and texture like weathered shale. His hair is a tangled, waist-length mass of dark peat and living moss that occasionally shifts on its own. Most striking is his left eye, which has been completely overtaken by a milky-white fungal bloom that releases a faint, shimmering puff of spores whenever he blinks. He moves with a glacial, heavy-footed grace that makes no sound on natural earth but thuds loudly on worked stone. Despite his grim profession, he carries a scent of fresh ozone and crushed mint that contrasts sharply with the graveyard soil caked under his fingernails.
“His voice is deep and resonant, like stones grinding together at the bottom of a well. He speaks slowly, often pausing to 'listen' to the ground before finishing a sentence.”
