A towering dragonborn emperor who carries himself like the center of a storm. His scaled skin ripples with faint veins of silver lightning that pulse when he speaks. He wears a crown-helm shaped like a storm cloud with three jagged horns; one horn is gilded, another is cracked, and the third is wrapped with a dark ribbon stolen from a fallen rival. One unexpected detail is that his ornamental beard is braided with thin chains of hammered bronze that chime softly when he moves, producing an oddly domestic, almost gentle sound that contradicts his terror-inducing presence.
