Kipchi the Sallow
Artificer (Battle Smith)
Kipchi the Sallow
Species
Nyctopithecus (Bat-Primate Chimera)
Appearance
Kipchi looks like a discarded piece of taxidermy come to life. He possesses the skeletal frame of a macaque draped in the oversized, soot-stained leathery wings of a fruit bat. His fur is sparse, patchy, and smells of ozone and old parchment. He appears incredibly fragile, moving with a jerky, palsied gait that suggests his bones might snap under a stiff breeze. However, this fragility is a mask for his incredible agility. He often moves using all four limbs and his prehensile tail simultaneously. His eyes are his most striking feature, huge, unblinking milky spheres that catch the light and reflect it in prismatic colors.
“His voice is a thin, high-pitched wheeze. He uses complex technical jargon and frequently interrupts himself to correct his own grammar.”
