Barnaby is a stout, sun-baked halfling who looks like a pirate captain shrunk to half size. His skin is the color of aged teak and deeply lined with laugh wrinkles. He possesses a rolling gait that suggests he is perpetually compensating for a stormy sea deck, even when walking across his shop's level floor. His most striking feature is his hair, which is always dripping wet and slicked back with salt water, and his eyes which shift between grey and azure like the North Atlantic.
