Appearance
Edda stands like a block of granite, her physique dense with functional muscle rather than lithe grace. Her skin is the color of cooling basalt, permanently etched with fine lines of soot that no amount of scrubbing can remove. Her hair is a violent, sunset orange, braided into thick coils that are weighted with heavy iron rings to keep them from whipping her face during combat. Most striking are her eyes: a pale, piercing amber that seems to catch a reflected fire even in total darkness. She moves with a deceptive, heavy-footed stillness that explodes into blinding speed without warning. Despite her martial discipline, she smells faintly of ozone and scorched earth.
