Tharuk Herdsunder
Barbarian (Ritualist of the Herdwind)
Tharuk Herdsunder
Species
Divine Rujin Spirit (boar-like)
Appearance
Tall and broad with the hulking silhouette of a war-sculpted colossus. His skin has the texture of smoked leather, streaked with pale frost lines that catch light like frost-silver veins. He wears a ceremonial red-and-black boar mask pushed back on his crown like a weathered helm; when he lowers it his face is a mix of porcine features and stern, timeworn humanoid bone. His arms are wrapped with braided sinew cords studded with tiny bells made from river-stones. Tattoos in spirals and herd-marks crawl up his shoulders like frozen smoke. His gait is deliberate and slow, like a migrating leader, but when angered he moves with a surprising, compact violence. Unexpected element: he keeps a delicate glass vial of warm summer earth suspended from his belt by a silk thread and occasionally opens it to inhale for calm.
“Slow, rumbling cadences that shift into a high, keen whistle when invoking herd-omens.”
