Ketsu-Na of the Ringed Cairn
Shifter
Ketsu-Na of the Ringed Cairn
Species
Conrasu
Appearance
A four-limbed figure assembled from honey-barked wood and polished stone plates, centering around a small starry orb that glows faintly where a heart would be. Their 'face' is a smooth, oval wooden mask with concentric carvings that fold open when they speak. Moss gathers in geometric patches along their shoulders and knees, trimmed into almost-braided shapes as if deliberately groomed. When they move it is with the cautious pacing of a predator studying terrain; their gait alternates between a loping four-footed stride and a careful upright step that mimics humanoid posture. Unexpectedly they wear a single bright crimson ribbon tied around one limb like a sailor's talisman, a color and textile entirely at odds with their otherwise arboreal palette.
“Speaks softly with slow cadences; uses metaphors tied to roots and stars. Tends to pluralize groups and uses kinship terms for strangers they quickly like.”
