Bellisarius Fane
Archmage
Bellisarius Fane
Species
Elf
Appearance
Stately and deliberate, Bellisarius moves with the languid economy of long habit. He favors slow, sweeping gestures that make even casual movements feel like incantations. His robes are layered and embroidered with the swirling map of the Misty Isle; iridescent threads catch light like trapped dew. When he walks the air seems to collect faint vapors around his shoulders as if the world pays homage. Unexpectedly, his left hand is fitted with a narrow silver gauntlet that hums faintly and is engraved with tiny constellations; it looks both ceremonial and mechanical, a contradiction to his otherwise timeless appearance.
“Measured, often uses old idioms tied to weather and sea. He addresses visitors formally then relaxes into personal cadence with trusted companions.”

Silver gauntlet engraved with constellations
A faint halo of persistent mist that never fully dissipates around his shoulders
Pale, almost translucent elven skin with fine, map-like freckles on his forearms

“A resonant, almost musical tenor with clipped cadences when speaking ritual phrases. When angry his voice cools to an icy precision.”

Long layered robes of deep slate-blue and pale silver, embroidered with cartographic runes. He wears a collar of woven mist-silk and a silver gauntlet on his left hand. Practical inner garments hide pockets for scrolls and keys.
