Aeldra of the Green Throne
Druid (Circle of the Land)
Aeldra of the Green Throne
Species
Goddess (Earth-Primordial)
Appearance
Aeldra stands with the monumental presence of an ancient oak. Her skin has the rough, textured grain of dark walnut bark, yet it feels as soft as velvet to the touch. Her hair is a cascading mane of living, silver-tipped moss that shifts through the colors of the seasons. Her eyes are large and liquid, looking like pools of deep groundwater reflecting a night sky. Curiously, while her upper body exudes vibrant life, her feet and ankles are composed of jagged, unyielding granite, leaving heavy, cracked imprints in even the hardest stone. She carries a scent of ozone and freshly turned loam.
“Her voice is a resonant contra-alto that sounds like wind through a deep canyon. She speaks in archaic metaphors and rarely gives a direct answer, preferring to let the environment reflect her meaning.”

Granite lower limbs that grind audibly when she walks

“Resonant, deep, and slightly muffled as if spoken through thick layers of earth.”

She wears a gown woven from living willow switch and cloth-of-gold. A heavy mantle made of fallen autumn leaves that never decay drapes over her shoulders. Upon her head sits the Crown of Thorns and Oak, which is physically rooted into her brow.
Body Language
Stiff and formal until she touches the earth, at which point she becomes fluid and graceful. She often tilts her head to 'listen' to the vibrations in the floor.
