Garron Milvane
Commoner
Garron Milvane
Species
Human
Appearance
Broad-shouldered and perpetually dusted with flour, he moves like someone used to carrying heavy pots and lifting steaming lids. His skin is browned and weathered from long hours by open fires, and his left forearm is marked with a faded burn scar shaped like a crescent. He favors a stained white apron that has been patched so many times its original weave shows through in places. His hair is kept short but stubborn wisps curl at his temples. Beneath the apron he wears simple linen and a leather belt loaded with small pouches of spices and a well-oiled carving knife. When he walks he hums a low, old lullaby that seems at odds with the gruff, barked orders he gives in the kitchen.
“Gruff, direct, with the cadence of a storyteller when he relaxes; sprinkles local idioms and culinary metaphors.”

Distinguishing Features
Crescent-shaped burn scar on left forearm
Flour-smudged beard with a single gray streak at the chin
Callused, inked fingertip from labeling spice sacks
Voice
“Low, flour-dusted timbre that softens into a lullaby when alone”
Clothing
A once-white apron patched with dark thread over plain linen shirt and wool trousers. A leather belt with spice pouches and a loop for a skillet. A cloth cap with a tiny stitched emblem of his mother’s tavern.
Body Language
Moves with the economy of long practice; hands are always busy and habitually wipe themselves on the apron. When nervous he taps his left forearm near the crescent burn. When soothing someone he lowers himself to their level and brushes flour across their brow as if offering a blessing.
