Kaelen Frost-Vein
Ranger (Drakewarden)
Kaelen Frost-Vein
Species
Human
Appearance
Kaelen is a man who seems carved from the very permafrost he inhabits. His skin is weathered like old leather, map-marked by fine lines of frostbite and wind-burn. His dark hair and beard are thick and matted, often sparkling with frozen condensation. The most striking element is the contrast between his rugged, frozen exterior and his eyes, which are a startling, vibrant spring-leaf green. He moves with a heavy, deliberate gait, as if weighing every step against the thickness of the ice. Despite his bulk, he is surprisingly silent, a ghost in the snow. He carries a scent of ozone and raw pine.
“His speech is sparse, utilizing short sentences and gutteral vowels. He often uses metaphors related to ice, weight, and clarity.”
