Appearance
Small-town temple acolyte turned traveling minister. She moves with a dancer's light step but pauses often as if listening to a distant rhythm. Her hands are callused from ritual bell work and linen folding. She wears a short, grey-stained travel cloak over a neatly mended white tunic whose hem bears a faded embroidered pattern of interlocking lilies. Across her left shoulder is a leather strap crisscrossed by prayer-beads and tiny brass bells that chime faintly with each step. Her right ear is pierced with a small coin threaded with a scrap of parchment; the coin is darker than the rest of her accessories and shows the single word HAVEN scratched into it in a child's hand. Unexpected element: when angry she hums nursery rhymes under her breath that make her otherwise gentle voice sound eerie.
“Soft, measured, often begins and ends sentences with a short blessing. Uses rural idioms and river metaphors when telling stories.”
