Her beak is slightly cracked on one side, as if from an old wound, and she has small golden hoops threaded through the soft, downy feathers at her right ear. Unexpectedly, one of her talon feet has been replaced by a clever prosthetic of driftwood and silver wire, elegantly carved by gnome artisans—she moves with a mix of airy grace and pronounced, attention-drawing clacks on hard surfaces. Her air of serene watchfulness is undercut by an occasional twitch—a sign she is never fully comfortable on the ground.
