Aging half-orc who moves like a man accustomed to heavy tools. He keeps his left forearm wrapped in stained leather strips layered with solder and scrap metal. His face is broad with a permanently ink-stained scar that runs from left temple down into his beard. He favors a soot-dark apron patched in geometric rivets over a simple linen shirt. When he walks he favors the forward footfall of someone used to bracing against a hammer's recoil. Contradiction: despite his soot and scars he arranges small wildflowers in a copper vial on his workbench and speaks to them while tuning delicate gear.
