Yorganir Stormstride
Fighter
Yorganir Stormstride
Species
Goliath
Appearance
Massive and weather-chiselled, Yorganir moves like a boulder sliding downhill — inevitability in motion. His skin is the pale, stone-like gray of goliaths, but closer inspection reveals faint parallel scars along his forearms like tidal striations. He wears his braided hair in a thick single plait threaded with a blackened metal bead shaped like an axe head (a homage, he says, but he never explains to whom). His face is broad and blunt, with a mouth that can break into an unexpected gentle grin that contradicts the hard line of his jaw. When still he looks like a statue carved to guard a harbor; when he laughs his shoulders relax into almost-boyish openness. An odd, almost theatrical element: he habitually carries a child's carved wooden axe tucked into his back sash — crude, sanded smooth, and painted with a child's attempt at lightning — a sentimental echo that sits oddly with the hunter's scars and battle hush.
“Low, gravelly, and deliberate. Uses short sentences, often blunt; when telling stories he strips emotion and focuses on actions and outcomes rather than flourish.”

Distinguishing Features
Parallel scarring like tide-ridges on forearms
Single black metal bead shaped like an axe head in his braid
Child's painted wooden axe tucked in his sash
Voice
“Deep, gravelly, measured. Rarely raises his volume; anger makes his tone cold rather than loud.”
Clothing
Layered leather and sea-treated wool: a sleeveless studded leather jerkin over a rough wool tunic, tar-stained trousers, and thick leathern boots. A faded teal scarf — a gift from a fisherwoman long ago — is wrapped around his neck. He favors functional pockets, ropes, and straps; everything is worn but carefully maintained.
Body Language
Minimal gestures; when he does move his hands they are direct and decisive. He leans forward when interested and stands very still when offended or sad, as if attempting to root himself to the world.
