Asha Koru
Fighter (Battle Master)
Asha Koru
Species
Rujin (Boar-like Orcs)
Appearance
Asha Koru moves like a storm restrained by oath. She is broad-shouldered and barrel-chested, all powerful joints and coiled muscle, yet her movements are precise and economical. Her coat of bristly hair is slate-brown with a streak of iron-gray along the ridge of her spine; the bristles are kept clipped short except where ceremonial plaits hang from her crown and the left shoulder like battle honors. Her tusks are filed and inlaid with thin silver bands engraved in the old Koru script. Her left forearm bears faded burn scars in a spiral pattern, evidence of a rite-of-passage fire that nearly cost her the arm's use. Asha favors a heavy leather cloak patched in many places; beneath it she wears layered scale-leather over hardened quilt—practical against both arrows and the mountain cold. The unexpected element: she always wears a small, delicate porcelain bead necklace at her throat, glazed with a pale blue the Rujin rarely use, a fragile thing against the rest of her armored presence.
“Deliberate, legalistic cadences when negotiating; crisp, staccato orders in combat; occasional wry aphorisms in private..”
