Appearance
Borin stands a stout 4'9", with broad shoulders and a torso as thick as a forge’s anvil. His skin is weathered, mottled with soot and faint burn scars that shimmer faintly when he moves in the firelight. Layers of soot-dusted gray beard braided with tiny copper gears and obsidian chips tangle down his chest, clinking softly with each deliberate step. His amber eyes gleam sharp with intellect, framing a permanently furrowed brow. Oddly, despite his rugged forge-smith visage, his movements are light and almost catlike, the contradiction of a craftsman who walks with the calculated grace of a dancer. His right forearm is covered in a complex, brass and silver mechanical gauntlet, steam occasionally hissing softly from vents in its joints.
