Appearance

Tall and impossibly slender, she moves with the languid grace of a willow bent by centuries of wind. Her skin has the faint sheen of moon-polished marble, veined with hairline lines that glow faintly when she speaks. Her hair cascades like a waterfall of silver-threaded moss, falling in damp, rope-like coils that smell faintly of rain and loam. She favors one long sleeve pulled over her left hand while the right is bare and ringed with inked runes. When she laughs, tiny motes of pale light lift from her sleeves and float like moths before fading. Unexpectedly, she wears a battered leather hunting boot on her left foot and a delicate embroidered slipper on her right, an odd, asymmetrical testament to past journeys.

Distinguishing Features

Faint luminous veins beneath the skin

Mismatched footwear: one heavy boot and one embroidered slipper

Ivory-tipped staff with living moss coiled around it

Voice

Her voice is low and bell-like with a slight rasp as if air passes through old wood; it carries better outdoors than in crowded halls.

Clothing

A layered robe of forest-dyed silks and patched linens, trimmed with copper thread and bits of bone. Over it she wears a hip sash full of tiny pouches, a brass compass that points only to places she longs for, and a hood lined with lichen. One sleeve is weighted with small lead charms stitched inside the cuff.

Body Language

Her gestures are slow and deliberate, as though weighing each syllable on a palm. When agitated her fingers pluck at the runes on her staff and her shoulders shift in tiny, restless rhythms as if following an unheard percussion.
