Corilas Skirth
Artificer
Corilas Skirth
Species
Merfolk
Appearance
Corilas is imposing yet elegant, with gleaming teal scales so finely layered they shift like flowing silk against the currents. His body is elongated and agile, with broad shoulders tapering down to a long, muscular tail. Mapping his skin are faded, circuit-like tattoos reminiscent of ancient sea runes; these faintly luminesce when he is deep in thought. Though his webbed hands are rough and scarred from years at the forge, each of his delicate, almost translucent fins is adorned with fine gold filaments—unexpected luxury for someone so practical. He moves with both precision and a surprising absentmindedness, sometimes bumping softly into coral shelves while absorbed in mental calculations. One of his eyes is milky white, the result of a chemical accident—a stark contrast to his other eye's stormy green clarity.
“Terse, often laden with sardonic humor; interspersed with sudden, deep poetic turns. Uses technical jargon with an expectation others can keep up.”
