Ranger
Coren Vash
Species
Human
Appearance
A lean man who moves like a river avoiding rocks. His left cheek is puckered where a wolf's canine scored him and a thin white scar slices toward his ear. He ties a length of faded blue ribbon into his hair at odd angles, once used to bind a hunting trophy and now fluttering like an unfinished promise. The leather of his gear is burnished but patched in several places with mismatched hide. When he walks he tilts his head slightly to listen as if the world speaks in secret; when still he rarely breathes louder than a sleeping animal. The unexpected element: he always wears one mitten on his right hand while the left is bare, though neither shows obvious injury.
“Soft, slightly husky. Uses concise words but slips into folksy metaphors when comfortable.”
