Appearance
Súrali-Myrr appears as an impossible silhouette at first: a tall, slender figure whose features never settle. At one moment they present a human face with high cheekbones and a burnished silver tear beneath the right eye; a breath later the skin melts into scales that catch light like oil on water and an expression that is all curiosity. Their motions are fluid and deliberate, like someone practicing a speech in the mirror — hands articulate too precisely, fingers lingering at the jawline as if testing a new look. They wear a collar of tiny, sewn faces made from porcelain, bone and braided hair that clack softly as they move. When still, Súrali-Myrr's head seems to breathe, as if something behind the mask inhales and exhales slowly. The contradictory element: their eyes, regardless of the face, are always the same — a pair of sunlit coins, bright and empty, which make them unnervingly sincere even when lying.
“They speak in measured cadences, often punctuating sentences with whispered asides. Their vocabulary is theatrical; they favor the metaphor of mirrors, fabric, and theater.”

Distinguishing Features
Collar of dozens of tiny sewn faces (porcelain, bone, hair)
Two coin-like golden eyes that remain constant
A faint crack along the left cheek that leaks a whispering mist when they lie
Soft clacking noise of the porcelain faces when they move
Voice
“Smooth and theatrical; timbre shifts subtly with each face. When sincere, there is a metallic ring in the vowels, like a bell heard from a city across water.”
Clothing
Layered robes that read as theatrical costumes: a base of fitted, black leather stola embroidered with tiny mirrors, overlaid with translucent veils painted with faces at different ages. Sleeves have hidden pockets for masks and name-charms. Their garments always show a smudge of theatrical makeup, never fully clean.
Body Language
Constant small calibrations of posture and expression; lifts an eyebrow imperceptibly before revealing truth. Fingers habitually trace the jawlines of masks or listeners.
