A compact red dragon with scales like hammered copper brightened by veins of ember-orange, he walks rather than flies. His wings are slightly too small for full flight and hang ragged with frayed tips. Smoke always curls from the corners of his jaw. When he moves he tends to tuck his head and tail close to his body as if shielding himself. Unexpectedly he keeps one claw manicured and stained with ash as if it were used for writing rather than tearing. Around his neck is a braided cord of several thin gold chains, each chain looped through a small, mismatched trinket he refuses to part with.
