Maj'jes the Wise
Sorcerer (Divine-Daedric pact and homebrewed deity)
Maj'jes the Wise
Species
Lamia Demon
Appearance
Maj'jes is an imposing lamia demon whose human torso is carved like polished obsidian, smooth and veined with faint lines of ember-red where rituals scar tissue. Her lower serpent coils shimmer with iridescent black scales that whisper when she moves. A crown of braided red-thread bindings loops through bone rings around her brow and neck, each knot humming faintly. Her staff, topped by a closed eye pierced by a staff motif, is wrapped in the same red thread. Unexpectedly, her human hands are soft and almost maternal, with calloused fingertips that leave soot-like dust on anything she touches. She moves with the slow, deliberate glide of a predator and the internal cadence of ritual breath-holding.
“Measured, formal, and accented with ritual consonants. She often pauses mid-sentence to draw breath and makes listeners feel compelled to mirror her inhalations.”
