Auremar the Aegis
Paladin (Exorcist Commander)
Auremar the Aegis
Species
Celestial with human appearance
Appearance
He appears as a towering, immaculate human with an impossible symmetry. His face is usually hidden by a smooth white mask carved like a serene hero, the mask's painted features gleam gold when he smiles. Strangely normal eyes look out through the mask they reveal a cold, calculating gaze rather than the light one expects from an angelic being. Two long horns emerge through the mask the horns are longer and smoother than those of standard Exorcists and end with delicate golden ornaments that chime faintly as he turns. A pair of large, feathered wings covered in burnished gold-plated quills fold behind him and rustle like shifting armor. He wears a floor-length white cloak with gold embroidery and a bold letter A on the breast, the cloak's hem is scorched in places as if to show he has been where fire met sky. The collar stands high with gold-tipped spikes, which give off an absurdly ceremonial menace. When he moves he does so with measured, theatrical steps, at once theatrical and predatory. The unexpected element: when he laughs openly his voice briefly sounds like distant thunder while a single harmless snowflake appears and lingers on his hand before melting.
“Formal, clipped, and ceremonial. He uses precise nouns and counts things aloud.”
