Cormac Wolf-Brand

Cormac Wolf-Brand
Species
Human
Appearance
Cormac looks built like a living crag. He is extremely tall and broad-shouldered, with a neck like a column of knotted rope and arms with plates of metal strapped only to the outer forearms and elbows. The plate segments are squared and heavily hammered so they look as though someone reforged wagon iron into armor just for his limbs. His torso is bare save for old ritual scars and a single faded sash; leather straps cross his chest from the grips of his axe. Scattered beads of bone and wolf teeth hang from his beard and braid. His movement is unexpectedly light for his size: he plants each foot with the soft certainty of a predator stalking at the edge of a frozen lake. Contradictory detail: despite the brutal look, he wears a tiny, embroidered ribbon tied to his left wrist — the color of pressed saffron and a soft thing in a rough life.
“Gruff, direct, uses short sentences and hunting imagery; his voice deepens when he remembers loss.”
