Tharic Riverwarden
Paladin
Tharic Riverwarden
Species
Human
Appearance
Broad-shouldered and heavily muscled yet moves with a surprising quietness, like a bell that has always known the exact moment to ring. His plate armor shows an odd, hand-stitched panel of dark blue leather across the right pauldron—stitched with silver thread into a faded constellation pattern. A thin scar rims his left brow, white and fine like a healed cartilage tear, and the hair at his temple has threaded gray in a precise wedge, as if cut that way deliberately. He often keeps one finger hooked on the rim of his shield when listening, a tiny, almost nervous habit that contradicts the rest of his composed posture.
“Measured, uses short sentences. Often asks a practical question first and then gives an answer.”

White scar on left brow
Wedge of prematurely gray hair at right temple
Voice
“Low, steady baritone that softens when speaking to the hurt; has a distant lilt from river towns”
Clothing
Worn plate bearing the faded sky-blue motif of his order, heavy travel cloak lined in oilcloth, a hand-stitched leather pauldron overlay with constellation embroidery, knee leathers for riding
Body Language
Measured and economical. Sits upright with shield never quite out of reach. When abashed he rubs the inside of his forearm where the scar meets old leather.
