Appearance
Sylthien moves like a leaf on a breeze: sudden pauses, a tilt of their head that seems to catch sounds. Their clothes are stitched from festival ribbons and moth-wing silk, always faintly dusted with pollen and ash. One side of their face is playfully freckled in copper dust while the other is unnaturally pale and smooth as porcelain, as if two seasons coexist on their skin. They always carry a small velvet satchel of folded paper whispers and a brass scale with one pan missing. When they laugh the air smells of warm honey and coal; when they frown, small motes of black soot gather at the corners of their eyes.
