Brunnim Wickford
Paladin
Brunnim Wickford
Species
Gnome
Appearance
A short figure standing with surprising solidity, shoulders squared like a tower of stacked riverstones. His hair is cropped close except for a single thin braid that coils around his left ear and ends in a small brass bell that never quite stops chiming with his movement. His armor is polished splint with dented edges and hand-stitched repairs showing golden thread worked into the seams in a pattern of tiny crowns. On his breast a worn bronze holy symbol hangs from a length of braided leather. He favors the left side when standing sentinel, leaving room to draw a longsword from a chip-carved scabbard. When he is relaxed, his head tilts slightly as if listening to something no one else can hear. Contradictory element: despite military neatness, his gauntleted fingers are habitually stained with tiny, deliberate smudges of bright paint.
“Formal when on duty, soft and story-laced off duty; peppers speech with homehold proverbs.”
