Simple pine torches bound with oil-soaked rags. Good for light and simple signaling.

Burns for 1 hour, sheds bright light in 20 ft and dim light for additional 20 ft

Sturdy hemp rope useful for climbing, tying, and improvised traps.

Includes pitons, boot tips, gloves, a harness, and a small grappling hook. Useful for rock faces and castle walls.

Grants advantage on checks to secure climbing gear when set up properly

A set of picks, files, a small mirror, pliers, and other delicate instruments required for lockpicking and disabling simple traps.

Required to attempt to pick a lock or disarm traps without improvised tools; Dine sharpens and calibrates them herself

A higher-quality set of lockpicks and tools favored by professional burglars. Slim blades and quiet handles.

Grants +1 circumstance bonus to Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks when picking locks or making very delicate maneuvers

A metal-framed lantern with a hinged hood to control light output. Requires oil to operate.

When lit, sheds bright light in 30 ft and dim light for additional 30 ft; hood allows dimming

A small flask of lamp oil sufficient to keep a lantern or torch burning for several hours.

Dried meats, hard bread, and preserves packaged for travel. A basic 5-day supply.

A ring of small brass keys. Mostly for doors and chests of common make — Dine sells many single keys for curiosity or to complete collections.

Each key may fit low-to-mid quality locks (DM adjudicates)

A small, strangely-cut key Dine found in the loose floorboards of an abandoned townhouse. No lock attached (yet).

May unlock a specific obscure lock (plot hook) or be valuable to collectors

Carefully drawn map of local roads, inns, river crossings, and watchtowers across a county. Helpful for planning travel.

Provides advantage on overland travel navigation checks when consulted (DM may limit)

A detailed floorplan and grounds map of an abandoned manor with marginal notes about hidden drop-doors, collapsed stairways, and probable trap locations — collected by Dine in her younger days.

Grants advantage on checks to locate hidden doors or traps in Harrowgate Manor; suitable for one use before the DM rules it's been shared
Potions2

A red-tinged potion that closes wounds and eases pain.

Heal 8 HPHeals hit points when consumed (average 8)

A small glass ampule containing a bitter, greenish liquid that helps stave off poison.

Advantage on saving throws against poison for 1 minute
Miscellaneous2

A folded, soot-stained map that subtly shifts to show secret passages and scuffed escape routes within a single structure you study for 10 minutes.

When the map is studied for 10 minutes while standing at a location inside a single large structure (castle, manor, fortress), it reveals likely secret passages and hidden rooms. It functions reliably three times before the ink fades.

A tarnished iron ring threaded with a dozen enchanted keys. Each key hums faintly; the ring warms in the presence of locks it can open.

Once per day, when presented to a non-magical lock, one key on the ring will turn and open the lock as if a successful Thieves' Tools check had been made (treated as a bonus). The ring does not bypass magical wards.

Shop Atmosphere

Dine talks in stories and riddles, asking for 'the tale of your scariest alley' or 'the name of the first lock you picked' before discussing prices. She collects maps and keys obsessively — the back room smells of paper and oil. If a customer can best her at a quick sleight-of-hand demonstration, she might throw in a small discount or a single odd key for free. She refuses to sell the 'Ruined Harrowgate Manor' map to anyone who brags about easy plunder in her presence.
