Potions3

A small crystal phial filled with a warm, rosy liquid. A common restorative for adventurers.

Heal 8 HPStandard potion of healing restores (average 7). Ishara's are filtered through a sliver of silver drake-scale for purity.

A deep crimson elixir that mends grievous wounds.

Heal 22 HPHeals (average 14). Ishara's version uses ash from an ancient wyrm-altar — slightly more potent.

A vial that tastes faintly of smoke and iron. When drank, imbues the imbiber with a transient draconic exhalation.

When consumed, you can use an action to exhale a 15-foot cone dealing (type chosen when the potion was brewed: fire/cold/acid/lightning/poison). Once used, the effect ends. Save is for half. One use only.

A hexagonal wand of preserved drakebone, capped with a faintly glowing drake tooth.

Has 7 charges. Spend 1 charge to cast Magic Missile (1st level). Spends 2 charges to cast Scorching Ray (2nd level). Regains charges at dawn. If reduced to 0 charges there's a 20% chance it cracks and becomes mundane bone.

A heavy, mottled cloak made from the hide of a drake found deep beneath the ruined spires. It hums faintly with protection magic.

AC +1While wearing the cloak the wearer gains a bonus to AC (stacks with normal armor). Once per long rest the wearer can breathe a 15-foot cone of elemental breath matching the cloak's original drake (Ishara will disclose element at sale) dealing (Dex save half) — damage type tied to cloak's origin.

A round shield reinforced with overlapping drake scales, lightweight but nearly as tough as metal.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC while held. Once per short rest, you can add resistance to one damage type (acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison) for 1 minute.

A finely balanced short sword whose edge bears tiny draconic runes that glow when near large reptiles.

Atk Adds a +1 to attack and damage rolls. When you hit a creature of the dragon type, the blade deals an extra radiant damage once per turn.

A pewter amulet with a tiny dragon's eye made of polished moonstone set into it.

While attuned, grants advantage on saving throws against the Frightful Presence of dragons and a bonus to saving throws against breath weapons.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop sits at the edge of a clearing dotted with ruined basalt pillars and partially buried wyrm-skeletons; small motes of cold or heat drift through the doorway depending on which draconic relic Ishara is testing. Ishara insists on greeting customers with a single draconic word (she provides a translation) and will sometimes 'test' items by tapping them against a hanging, ancient draconic rune that hums — occasionally setting off harmless sparks. She prefers barter involving lore, ruins loot, or drake-related curiosities and keeps a ledger of debts written in both Common and Draconic.
