Once per long rest, the wearer may slip partially into another phase plane for up to 60 seconds, granting advantage on Dexterity saving throws and making the wearer lightly insubstantial (resists nonmagical physical attacks gain half damage).

A palm-sized transducer pulsing with a trapped scream harvested from the Howling Chaos itself.

Emits a 30-foot radius sonic howl. Enemies in the area must succeed on a Wisdom save or be confused for 1 round and take disadvantage on concentration checks for 1 minute. Creatures succeeding on the save are stunned for 1 round. Recharge and safety protocols limit use to one node per encounter.

A spherical slice of collapsed star-matter contained in woven force-mesh. Looks ominously like a black pearl.

When detonated, creates a 20-foot-radius gravity well for 1 round. Creatures in the area must make a Strength save or be pulled 10 feet toward the center and be knocked prone. Creatures that succeed are merely slowed, halving movement until end of their next turn.

A flattened hourglass encased in alloy, its sands shaped like tiny screaming stars. Temporal filaments hum when wound.

Once per long rest, when you would roll initiative, you may activate the Anchor to reroll and choose which result to use. Additionally grants a bonus to initiative for that combat.

A small crystalline lattice seeded with star-metal filaments that nestles at the base of the skull.

Grants +2 to Intelligence checks and saving throws while attuned. Once per short rest, grant advantage on one Intelligence-based check or one saving throw.

A jagged shard humming with unpredictable energies pulled from a ruptured star. Dangerous, outlawed on many civilized worlds.

When activated, projects a 60-foot cone of chaotic energy. Enemies in the cone make a Constitution save or be affected by a random effect: blinded, deafened, frightened, or slowed for 1 minute. A successful save halves duration and removes frightened. GM rolls randomly for effect.

A blade honed along a star-splinter edge. The blade sings a high tone when a living head is near.

Atk On a natural 20 against a creature with at least one head, severs a head. Certain creatures immune. If not lethal, deals + slashing instead.

A compact pistol of cold-black metal and a rotating void-core. Feels almost alive in your hand.

Atk Fires bolts of condensed nebula-energy. When a target is hit with a critical, the pistol can destabilize a small piece of environment (GM adjudication).

The shop hums with a low, tonal scream on the half hour; star-dust drifts lazily through cracks in the walls and condenses into tiny iridescent beads. K'thra offers a free "howl test" on any device for customers brave enough to hold the shard while she calibrates it. She occasionally trades items for 'echoes'—recorded screams plucked from the nebula—which she prizes above coin.
