When uncorked, emits a one-time parade of harmless sparks and tinkling motes in a 15-foot cone. Creatures in the cone must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be distracted: attackers gain advantage on their next attack roll against distracted creatures. The effect is nonlethal and lasts 1 round.
