(14)A small vial of silvery liquid that warms when uncorked. Heals minor wounds.
A vial that tastes faintly of myrrh; grants a +1 resistance bonus to saves vs. evil-aligned effects for 1 minute/level (minor potency).
A curved blade favored in desert climes. Balanced for swift cuts; haft wrapped in dark leather with a rune-etched pommel.
A scimitar whose edge has been silvered to better affect creatures harmed by silver. The silvering is partial but effective against lesser fiends and undead.
A yew shortbow strung taut; good for mid-range encounters with an exotically carved grip depicting crescent moons.
A slender dagger with a darkened blade and a faint blue sheen; crackles whisperingly when aimed at an evil creature.
Flexible leather armor dark as midnight, reinforced with small studs — favored by scouts and occultists.
A set of scale mail with faint protective runes etched beneath the plates. Heavier but sturdy against claws and teeth.
A parchment bearing prayers and wards against evil. When read, it creates a brief ward like the spell.
A tightly rolled scroll that, when activated, sends a reliable bolt of force at a target.
A bundle of night-scented incense used in rites to sanctify a space and disrupt lesser undead presence.
A crystalline salt dissolved in amber liquid. Applied to weapons or thresholds, it repels minor fiends and weak undead.
Small metal discs etched with lunar sigils. Tied near beds or doors to discourage possession and the unwelcome gaze.
High-quality parchment suitable for scribes to inscribe spells or rituals.
Hazir al-Qamar
Shop Atmosphere
“Hazir is polite, softly amused, and speaks in clipped, musical Common with interspersed Aqiyli (an archaic desert tongue). He smells faintly of oud and jasmine and always offers sweet tea before haggling. Though a rakshasa, he openly detests uncontrolled fiendish cruelty and provides information and items specifically aimed at countering evil — sometimes at a discount if the buyer promises to use them against true evil. He refuses to sell items that would enable wanton slaughter of innocents. The shop's lanterns are never extinguished; shadows move just out of the corner of sight. Hazir will silently observe customers until they confess a dark intent, then subtly refuse service.”
