Potions3

A red, viscous potion in a dingy vial; heals minor wounds. Several bottles bear crude orcish glyphs — likely looted from a raided caravan.

Heal 2 HPHeals HP when consumed (standard 5e potion of healing). Some bottles have a faint halfling perfume to mask scent.

A syrupy green liquid that tingles the throat. Pulled from the saddlebags of a mountain orc raiding party.

Grants advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks and climbing speed equals walking speed for 1 hour.

Pinkish elixir kept under a cloth. Powerful but carries a lingering sickness unless purified.

Heal 4 HPHeals HP (greater healing). 20% chance the consumer must succeed on a Constitution save or suffer poisoned condition for 1 hour (owner notes these were 'handled roughly' during raids).
Miscellaneous6

A singed parchment bearing a warding sigil. Salvaged from a mage ambushed by orcs.

Spell scroll (Shield). Usable by a character with Spellcasting; otherwise requires Arcana check () to use without mishap.

A tiny scroll containing the arcane formula for unerring force darts. Taken from a smoldering tent of a caravan mage.

Spell scroll (Magic Missile). Produces three darts ( each).

A chewed leather thong holds a dull stone set in iron. Grants sharper perception for hunting prey.

While worn, grants +1 to Wisdom (Perception) checks and advantage on checks to track creatures. Once per long rest, the wearer can cast Hunter's Mark as a 1st-level spell without components.

A small ceramic flask with a cloth stopper. The mixture will still burn but not as fiercely as a masterwork course.

On hit, deals fire damage and may ignite (as alchemist's fire but slightly weaker). 30% less potency than standard (DM to adjudicate).

A cracked leather pouch containing bits of bone, chalk, and several small glass beads — suitable for common spellcasting.

Contains enough common components for several low-level spells. Some components are suspicious-looking (tinctures of unknown origin).

A knotted bone charm carved with crude symbols. Worn by orc scouts — superstition or token of a warband.

If worn for a day, grants advantage on intimidation checks with orcs or goblinoids. Otherwise cosmetic.
Weapons2

A heavy greataxe with crude carving and a haft wrapped in stitched hide. The blade hums faintly; orcish runes were chiseled and then painted over.

Atk +1 to attack and damage rolls. On a critical, target must succeed on a Constitution save or have bleeding (lose 1 HP at the start of its turn until a short rest).

A scorched ebony wand with three gemstones set in its tip. Charges recharge () at dawn. Appears to have been pried from the hand of a fallen wizard.

Spend 1 charge to cast Magic Missile (first-level equivalent). Variant charges: 1 charge = 3 missiles, 2 charges = 4 missiles, 3 charges = 5 missiles. Battered: 10% chance when expending last charge the wand smokes and is inert until repaired.
Armor2

Scuffed boots with a battered ram motif on the heel; the enchantment inside is unstable but functional.

Once per short rest, expend reaction to make a melee attack as if casting the 'Thunderous Smite' effect (deals thunder + target pushed 10 ft on hit). Minor instability: 10% chance the wearer is deafened for 1 round after use.

A patchwork cloak with faded elven weave. Its magic is present but frayed in places.

Advantage on Stealth checks while hood is up when in dim light or darkness. Once per day, gain invisibility for 1 minute (single use). Patchwork condition: each use has 5% cumulative chance of failing until mended.

Shop Atmosphere

Ravnak keeps a caged raven that screeches whenever a lawful person enters; he offers a 10% 'risk discount' if buyers sign a crude waiver. He will haggle — especially for goods with obvious tribal markings — and occasionally offers trade-for-information deals about recent orc raids. Some items are 'as seen' and may carry curses or instability; Ravnak thinks that's half the fun.
