A small onyx pendant on a silver chain; faintly warm against the skin.

Once per long rest, wearer can cast Message at will and then, once per use, may cause the message to be whispered only to creatures in dim light or darkness within 120 feet. Grants +1 to saving throws against being frightened while worn.

A bottle of black-blue ink used to scribe magical scrolls or sign binding pacts.

When used to write a spell scroll, grants +1 to the DC of the Arcana check required to read the scroll if the reader is not a spellcaster. Otherwise ordinary ink.

A leather tube lined with starlight silk that preserves written spells from moisture and passive scrying.

Prevents nonmagical deterioration of scrolls and grants advantage on checks to protect its contents from casual detection (does not block dispel magic or true seeing).

A slender ebony wand with a moonstone tip that crackles with soft violet sparks.

Has 5 charges. Spend 1 charge to cast Light, 2 charges to cast Darkness, 3 charges to cast Shadow Blade (if DM allows adjusted version) or a 2nd-level damage spell equivalent. Regains charges at dawn. Uncommon (item power scaled for party level).

A fine dagger with a blade that faintly shimmers like wet stone under moonlight.

Counts as a finesse and light weapon. In dim light or darkness, on a successful sneak attack (if applicable) the dagger deals an extra psychic damage once per turn.
