7 charges. Spend charges to cast Magic Missile at 1st–3rd level. Regains charges at dawn. Requires attunement by a spellcaster.
Weapons1

A well-balanced staff of deep-stained oak, vines of silver thread run along its length. Warm to the touch.

Atk Once per long rest the wielder can cast Entangle (as 1st-level, DC based on caster) centered on a 20-foot radius area. While attuned, the staff can be used as a spellcasting focus for druid spells.
Armor2

A soft green cloak threaded with living moss-lace. When pulled up, it seems to swallow light.

Wearer has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks; perception checks to spot the wearer have disadvantage when the cloak's hood is up.

Soft-soled boots made from treated bark and padded with moss. Footfalls rarely leave prints.

Wearer's steps make no sound for purposes of stealth; advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks in natural terrain.
Miscellaneous7

A ring carved from a single piece of fossilized amber with the faint impression of a paw inside.

3 charges. Spend charges to cast Animal Friendship (1 charge), Speak with Animals (1 charge), or Fear (2 charges). Regains charges at dawn.

A small hemp bag of five different seeds blessed to sprout instantly when planted and watered.

Each seed can be planted (and spends a minute) to grow a patch of vigorous vines: either (a) a 10-foot-high wall of vines (up to 10 ft long) that lasts 1 hour, or (b) a clump that functions as a ladder/handholds up to 30 ft for 1 hour. Seeds are single-use.

A tin of green paste made from willow bark and comfrey. Heals scrapes and eases pain.

Heal 3 HPApplies to restore HP when used; can stop minor bleeding (no mechanical effect beyond roleplay unless DM rules otherwise).

A vial of dark green sap-ink used for enchanting and inscribing nature-tuned wards.

Required to inscribe certain nature-tuned scrolls or to configure wooden magical items. Has magical affinity that eases attunement checks for botanically themed items.

A finely carved stag of polished yew. When activated it becomes a real stag for a limited time.

Transforms into a stag that can carry one rider and travel at a normal riding pace for up to 8 hours. When reduced to 0 HP it returns to figurine form. Can be reactivated after 24 hours.
Miscellaneous1

A short, gnarled rod of living wood, faintly warm and humming with latent energy.

Can cast Shillelagh 3 times per long rest. When active, a club or quarterstaff wielded with the rod deals bludgeoning and uses the wielder's spellcasting modifier for attack and damage.
Miscellaneous1

A carved wooden amulet that hardens the wearer's skin like young bark.

AC +1While worn and attuned grants bonus to AC (as a subtle natural armor).

Shop Atmosphere

The shop is built around a living oak whose roots form shelves; the counter is sticky with sap and dusted with pollen. Alaeron talks to the plants while wrapping items and offers customers a single sprig of enchanted lavender that makes them sleep easier that night. Prices are flexible if you trade rare seeds, a living plant, or perform a small favor for the oak (Alaeron might ask for a short quest to collect moondew or a rare fungus). A small, thorny creature called a 'moss-hedge' naps in a hanging basket and occasionally steals loose coins or bits of shiny ribbon.
