Weapons2

A wicked dagger whose blade seems to be smoldering. Those cut by it feel a binding pull to promises.

Atk On a hit, target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be compelled to honor a single simple promise for 24 hours (DM adjudicates scope). The dagger sheds dim light in a 5-foot radius.

Arrows whose tips are soaked in infernal oils; they hiss when loosed.

On hit, deals additional fire. If target is a celestial or good-aligned outsider, deals + radiant (repulsive backlash from infernal oil).
