“Stonearm's Edge sits on a cobbled lane off the market square, a squat building of blackened stone threaded with metal pipes and a low chimney. The shop smells of hot iron, beeswax, and applewood smoke. Tools and half-finished blades hang from pegboard walls; a counter displays finished wares polished to a dull gleam. Bryn Stonearm is a broad-shouldered dwarf with a streak of white in his braided beard and an ever-present leather apron dusted in soot. He speaks in a gravelly voice and favors practical jokes (he'll pretend a piece of scrap is a cursed blade), but his work is meticulous and his word is iron. He keeps a battered mechanical raven (a Battle Smith trinket) on the counter that squeaks when coins drop into the till. Bryn will haggle politely for bulk purchases or for trusted adventuring groups; he prefers trades of exotic materials and will accept properly appraised metalwork or monster parts as partial payment. If the party is level 4, he has a few modest magical items available and will consider commissions or enchantments if given rare components and time.”
