Upon drinking, grants advantage on one Swim check and a bonus to Strength (Athletics) checks involving water for 1 hour. Mild intoxication if multiple bottles consumed.

A corked vial of concentrated cellar brine infused with a sliver of kelp-rune. Smells of salt and iron.

Functions like the Water Breathing spell for 1 hour on up to ten willing creatures when poured into nearby water (see DM for exact use). Considered an uncommon magical consumable.

Shop Atmosphere

Bruni whistles an old dwarven sea-shanty while gutting fish and insists every customer taste the brine on their thumb before buying. He counts scales aloud after every sale and keeps one rune-inscribed scale pinned above the register 'for luck'. If you ask about his prices he'll grumble about the 'taxman eels' and sometimes knock 1 cp off if you share a useful story or map.
