Your base walking speed can't be less than your normal speed, and you can jump three times the normal distance, though you can't increase your jump distance further with the Aid action. Doesn't stack with similar effects.

Scrolls follow normal rules for casting and reading. Miriel will not sell fire-based scrolls to obviously pyromaniacal buyers.

Cast Magic Missile (1 charge = 1st-level; up to 7 charges; regains charges at dawn). May expend 2 charges to cast at 2nd-level, etc. If you roll a 1 on the charge-restoration roll, the wand has a 1/10 chance to absorb a small nearby lightning surge and temporarily grant +1 to next cast (DM's call).

She refuses to sell any items that would obviously escalate mass destruction (e.g., mass Fireball scroll hoards) and will trade information or services in lieu of full payment for customers who aid her with rare components or research.”
